In 2026, we will open a new production plant in Barberà del Vallès with the aim of improving our service capacity for customers and becoming the benchmark factory for antiseptics, repellents and cosmetics for the European market.

Our more than 135 years of history, together with our large production capacity of more than 50 million units per year and storage capacity of 3,300 pallets, allows us to provide first-class service to our customers.
EQUIPMENT
At our new 11,300 m² manufacturing and packaging facility, we hold licences for the production of Repellents, Antiseptics, Medical Devices and Cosmetics.
We currently operate 6 packaging lines, with 2 additional lines under development.
We have tripled our storage capacity and increased our manufacturing capacity tenfold. Formulation and packaging operations are carried out in ISO 8 classified areas.
CONTINUOUS RENOVATION
We have carried out renovations to optimize the flow of materials and personnel and minimize any risk that could affect the quality of our products. We have temperature-controlled areas and an ATEX classified area.
Our Plant is standardized in 5S and Continuous Improvement. We have new Formulators and Product Tanks in a Semi-Continuous Production Process.
In the Manufacturing Process, we work with SCADA (a software and hardware system to monitor and control the production process) operated by the INBATCH SYSTEM.
All the improvements mentioned above have been carried out in a documentary and operational environment that guarantees Good Manufacturing Practices.
